Holistic Heart – Mind, Body & Soul Healing provides sessions and products designed to support holistic Goals, wellness and relaxation. These services are complementary and not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care. No medical diagnoses or cures are claimed or provided.
2. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session. Minors must have written consent from a parent or guardian. By making a booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Booking and Payment
- Appointments can be booked through our website or directly via phone/email.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your session.

Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session time may be reduced to accommodate other clients. Full payment is still required.
6. Health Disclosure
Please inform us of any physical, emotional, or mental health conditions, injuries, or sensitivities prior to your session. full disclosure ensures the most supportive experience.
7. Client Conduct
Respectful conduct is required at all times. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, and future appointments may be declined.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the required notice period. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations, missed appointments, or dissatisfaction after a completed session.
